My training in mindfulness spans over 20 years. I have studied traditional approaches to mindfulness, as well as modern therapeutic approaches. I hold a Master of Science degree in mindfulness, with distinction, as well as a wide range of in-depth mindfulness training qualifications.

Most of the one to one sessions I offer take place online. I’ve found that clients enjoy the simplicity and convenience of attending sessions this way.

Yes. I have extensive experience of working with neurodiverse clients, including those with ADHD, Autism and OCD. I personally meet many of the criteria for ADHD diagnosis. I am also highly experienced in working with clients suffering from anxiety and depression.
