We’ll tailor the therapy to meet your unique needs. This means you get the solutions that are right for you.

Bring all of you
Every part of you is welcome here. When we allow ourselves to be completely how we are, it lets us see ourselves, and our situation clearly. This is the foundation for change and growth.
Trust yourself
I won't try to change you. You've got the answers already. We'll work together to help you find the truth, wisdom, and power that's already inside you.
move at your pace
Therapy can be difficult. I won't push you to take steps that you're not ready for. I'll support and encourage you, but we'll always move at a pace that's right for you.
